The American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) serves as the voice of the precast concrete pipe and box culvert industry. Founded in 1907 in Ames, IA, today the ACPA represents nearly 50 producers of concrete pipe and box culverts whose operations include 250 manufacturing plants in 46 States. The industry supports 75,000 jobs nationwide, including 30,000 direct and 45,000 indirect jobs.

This document talks about the ACPA's core position of matters put before the United State Congress.  This includes the engineer's right to choose, resilient infrastructure, environmental compliance, and to maintain robust funding for infrastructure.
